How we handle information you share with us.
Last updated: August 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Tip Top Pinball LLC (“Tip Top Pinball,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you visit tiptoppinball.com or contact us through the site. We keep this simple: we only collect what we need to respond to you and service your games.
When you fill out a service or location request form, we collect the details you provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number (optional), city or service area, machine or game details, and a description of your issue or request. If you email us directly, we receive whatever information is in your message.
We do not require you to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect payment card numbers, government IDs, or other sensitive information through this website.
We use the information you send us to respond to your inquiry, schedule and provide repair or placement services, prepare estimates, and communicate with you about your request. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Form submissions are delivered to us through a third-party form service (Web3Forms), which processes and forwards the message to our business email. Our website is hosted on GitHub Pages, and standard server logs (such as IP addresses and browser type) may be recorded by the host for security and reliability. We may share information with these kinds of service providers only as needed to operate the site and respond to you, or where required by law. Links to outside sites, such as our merchandise store on Bonfire or our social media pages, are governed by those companies’ own privacy policies.
We use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site, such as which pages get viewed. Google Analytics sets cookies to do this. We show a cookie notice on your first visit and only load Google Analytics after you choose “Accept”; if you choose “Decline,” those analytics cookies are not set. You can change your choice later by clearing this site’s cookies in your browser. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts so it displays correctly. We do not use cookies for advertising, and we do not sell your information.
We keep service inquiries and related correspondence for as long as we reasonably need them to serve you and keep records of our work. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
You can ask us what information we have about you, request that we correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing dan@tiptoppinball.com. If you do not want to share information with us, simply don’t submit the form; you can always reach us by phone or in person instead.
This website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date above.
